Privacy policy
EA7HOH follows a data-minimisation approach: this website does not provide user accounts, its own contact forms, analytics, advertising profiles or a visitor database.

Data that may be processed
- Contact messages: if someone chooses to write by email, X, Telegram or WhatsApp, I process only the information they voluntarily include in the conversation, solely to read, reply and maintain the communication requested.
- Images and activities: the website contains photographs from my personal archive and from amateur-radio, sporting and family activities. Web copies are published without embedded EXIF/GPS metadata. Minors are not associated with names, exact ages, schools or other unnecessary identifying information.
- Server technical data: the hosting provider may generate technical logs required to serve and protect the website. Their handling depends on URE’s hosting infrastructure and should be verified on the published site.
Purpose and basis
Communications initiated voluntarily are used to reply to the sender and manage the requested conversation. Images and personal references are published for autobiographical, historical and informational purposes, relying on appropriate permission or another suitable legal basis where required and seeking to keep the appearance of third parties proportionate to the context.
Retention
Messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the communication, preserve the context of a conversation or address potential legal responsibilities. No commercial contact database is created.
Recipients and external services
EA7HOH does not sell visitor data or disclose it to advertisers. If a visitor chooses to use QRZ, X, Telegram or WhatsApp, the communication is handled by those services and is also governed by their own policies. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable legal mechanisms.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction regarding personal data under EA7HOH’s control, and you may also raise a request concerning a photograph in which you appear, through the Contact page. Where applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Minors
Family photographs are limited to a small selection and do not identify minors by name, exact age, school, home address or other additional details. If it later becomes inappropriate to keep an image online, it will be reviewed or removed.
Security and metadata
Images published on the website are processed to remove embedded metadata. Where a photograph showed clearly readable third-party vehicle registration plates that were not necessary to the content, visual minimisation was applied.
